This antique black glass button bracelet shows off 7 lovely examples of this genre of buttons. They include intaglio, molded, incised, matte and shiny. Two feature heads, one depicts a grapes and leaf cluster, three are floral with one being lily of the valley, and the center one is molded. These are all very old. The close ups may show some surface wear due to age and storage.

Picture 6 shows something interesting. These are not jet buttons, but black glass, which is not actually truly black. In picture 6, note the reddish tones at 1, 2, 3 and 4:00. The sun coming from behind this button shows through the thinner layer at the base of the button through the holes that go around the edge.
