Do I cover VAT for international shipping?

I am unable to. The reason is that every country has a different amount they charge, and a different threshold on the value at which they begin to charge a VAT (Value-Added Tax). The 10$ extra that I charge for international customers only covers the product shipping to the destination country, import and customs taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Do I accept exchanges?

Absolutely! My entire business is centered around ensuring that your fur baby is comfortable and looking good:) Custom ordering has the potential for errors in both measurement and crafting! Send back the misfitting garment (we recommend USPS as they are generally reliable and well priced) along with the needed corrections, and I'll be happy to send you a snood that fits perfectly! At any time during the process, feel free to message me on Etsy, I really do try to check my messages often!

Do I make outfits for Greyhounds?

Unfortunately, the stencils we use as the baseline for your custom order only allow us to have a maximum backlength of 22 inches (56 cm). If these measurements work for your greyhound, then we can accommodate! In the coming months, we are planning to expand both our inventory and client base.

Do I cater to other small dog breeds besides Italian Greyhounds?

Of course! But we do caution that our baseline stencils are designed for the unique Italian Greyhound shape. As a result, the most specific measurements will be needed. Please contact me individually, or include a detailed customization comment when ordering.
