Return & Exchange Policy

At Naturloom, we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included. The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy & Shipping Labels

For exchanges, customers are responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping cost of the new item being sent out. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels for exchanges.

Easy Care

Muslin blankets are easy to use, you don't need to use iron. We recommend that you wash it alone in the first wash. wash on a gentle wash cycle (86°F/30°) and tumble dry on low heat. If you are not going to use a dryer, you can dry your blanket by spreading it, not by hanging it. Please do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not dry clean your muslin blanket. By following these instructions your blanket will be softer and longer lasting.

The size of my Throws can be +- 2" because of weaving.
Turkish Muslin Throw Material is 100% Organic Cotton with natural tassels.
Very easy to carry Muslin Blanket which takes less space.
You don't waste time as this bedspread doesn't need to be ironed.
Please note that the colors on your computer monitor could be a little bit different than the real colors.

This is my third purchase. This order was for 2 more Throws. Ivory and Vizon. I love both colors! These are really high quality 100%Organic Cotton Muslin Throws. They are beautiful, very soft, lightweight, and cozy. My family are hot-sleepers, we get warm during the night, but these Throw Blankets are light enough for us to be comfortable the whole night. My sister purchased a Muslin Blanket from a different etsy Seller ,and when she saw and felt my NaturLoom Muslin Blankets she said that mine were very very soft and elegant (which is true!) but the one she bought from the other seller was not as beautiful or soft as mine. So I gifted one of these from NaturLoom to my sister, and she is so happy! Thank you Naturloom.
