How do I hang the knitted name on the wall?

My knitted names are designed to be hung on the wall using small nails (provided for FREE) or hooks. We recommend using clear, plastic hooks for a discreet and secure hanging option. Using blu take is NOT recommended!

Will my knitted name/shape last?

All my products are made with some really strong wire to ensure durability. I also add some non visible knots to secure some parts of the letters. Your knitted name won’t bend or lose its shape except if you intentionally try to bend it. They are for decoration only so keep them away from tiny humans hands.

What if there is an issue with delivery?

If you have an issue with your delivery, please check your tracking number. If you are still unable to locate your order, please lodge an enquiry with either Australia Post so that they can assist you further. Blossom & Pear are unable to provide further assistance in regards to shipping once it has left our warehouse. We provide all orders with tracking numbers, which will update once your item has reached it's destination country.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! If you live around Newcastle (NSW) you can pick up your order to my place (Charlestown 2290). Select the pickup option at checkout, you will receive the address. I will contact you to inform you when your order is ready.

We make all of our knitted shapes, names and words to order, and so we do not accept returns for these items and all purchases are final.

Are the download template instant?

Yes! Etsy will send you a link to start the download then the file will be in your download folder on your COMPUTER.

Yes! They have been designed on a4 size (US letter) so you don't need to change any settings on your printer. I recommend printing from a pdf ready such as Acrobat and not just a preview app.
