So, what is Gold Fill? It's made of a thick layer of solid 14K gold permanently heat & pressure bonded to a center core of high-quality jewelers brass. This results in jewelry that has the same beautiful look and feel as solid gold, but at a fraction of the cost.

Gold Fill is extremely durable and long-lasting. The thick gold layer makes it resistant to tarnish & it wont fade or change colors like pesky gold plated jewelry, so you can wear it every day without worrying about it losing its color.

If your jewelry begins to appear dull, don’t worry – it's easy to get back that beautiful shine. Here are some general tips.

To clean use a soft-bristled toothbrush, mild soap & warm water to gently remove debris. Pat dry with a soft cloth. Never use harsh chemicals or toothpaste!

To restore shine, use a formulated polishing cloth (we sell one). Don’t polish oxidized black jewelry, it will remove the black finish.

All real sterling silver is prone to tarnish. Don't worry, removing tarnish is a breeze! Tarnish naturally occurs when silver reacts with sulfur or hydrogen sulfide in the air-It's all around us! A jewelry polishing cloth formulated specifically to remove tarnish will clean, remove tarnish, and shine the jewelry beautifully.

For our silver jewelry we use certified 925 sterling silver. This alloy is ideal for everyday wear. Sterling silver is made up of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper, sometimes seen referred to as "925 sterling silver" or ".925". The copper content makes the metal more durable and resistant to scratches, dents, and tarnish.

Why mix copper with silver? Silver oxidizes (tarnishes) quickly, leaving it a yucky brown color. Copper slows down this process. Secondly, pure silver is very soft and can bend or break easily. Adding a more durable metal ensures that your silver jewelry will last a lot longer and look a lot nicer over time.

What is that small piece of black paper? With every order, we include an anti-tarnish tab. All jewelry, no matter the quality, is prone to tarnish from sitting in the ambient air. To help prevent this, we include the tab to keep your jewelry looking beautiful. You can store the tab with your jewelry to provide protection against tarnish for up to 12 months.These tabs will not leave deposits on jewelry items and are non-toxic and non-abrasive.

Customs & Import Taxes - Rates for customs vary by nation, and aren’t reflected in our pricing. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

International Shipping Delays - Transit times can vary. The usual transit time is 7-14 days but occasionally can be delayed up to 45 days.

Tracking - The tracking numbers for International shipments usually only show where they are in the USA. Once a package has departed the USA, the tracking number is not always updated at each stop & sometimes not updated until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like Los Angeles), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving; it’s just moving overseas.
