text. Please see our listing photos for more information about the various styles and products.

Step 2 - Upload your photo. You can message us with your photo here on Esty. The "Message Kevin"
button is usually located near the bottom of this listing. You can also email your photo to

If you choose to email us, please include your order number or the name associated with

PHOTO RECOMMENDATIONS
Cell phone photos and photos taken from social media can work! Our artists will create a custom portrait based on your photo, so clear photos that show your pet's face are recommended. Generally, if you like the way your pet looks in the photo, you will love the custom portrait we make for you! If you're not sure which photo to upload, you can send multiple photos for us to pick from. If you don't have a photo that clearly shows your pet's face, please message us and we will do everything we can to work with whatever you can give us.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our current processing time is 2-5 days. Free standard shipping is available. For expedited orders, please message us.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
-Digital Downloads
For digital purchases, we will message you through Esty with your completed artwork as soon as it is ready. We may also email your artwork.
-Paper Prints
We use high-quality handmade cotton paper. Our sizes are 5x7, 8x10, and 12x18. Prints fit into standard sized frames and display beautifully framed or unframed.
-Stretched Canvas
Our top-quality cotton canvases come ready to hang. They are 1.5" deep and come in 8x10, 11x14, and 16x20 sizes.
-Framed Prints
All of our framed products are printed on whitewashed wood. Our handmade frames come in a variety of sizes and colors. Please see our photos for more details.
Please note, our small team of artists create custom portraits using a computer. The process is much like watercolor painting, but with a computer! We are very proud of our Artists here at Pleasant Glen, and we will make every effort to deliver a portrait you will be proud to display. When you place an order, one of our artists will reach out to you and help you through the whole process.
