Interesting Review. They left this review immediately after purchasing, so we reached out to this buyer and they said they could not access the file (nothing wrong with the layout). Gave them instructions on how to edit, followed up to see if they were able to and never got a response nor did they ever try to access/edit the file. It's unfortunate people choose to leave negative reviews instead of working with the sellers if they have an issue. As you can see by our other reviews, we try to do everything we can to give 5 star service to all customers and will work with you to resolve any issue you have!
