Never shipped to me… unsure why. Pretty bummed was looking forward to it

We are a small rag-tag group, and this order was placed while we were especially short-staffed during Winter holidays. The buyer received a refund. We contacted the buyer to let them know we are back in the studio and available to send this out if they'd like to place the order again.
