Handmade adult-sized reusable nappy cover made from waterproof PUL (the same fabric used in modern cloth nappies). Designed to help contain leaks when fitted snugly at the legs and waist.

Please note: this is an outer shell only — absorbent inserts are not included.

Fits perfectly around my hips. The crotch is 2 and half times wider than it needs to be. The pants fill with water and appear as though I'm carrying a load of faecal matter as I exit the pool. I am urinary incontinent only. I have not been incontinent at Hydrotherapy so far so I will not wear them in the pool to save embarrassment.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with their function. They do need to be wide at the crotch to ensure full coverage when in frog leg position with wide legs. As they are designed as a nappy, not underwear they are designed to wear with swimmers over the top. I will take your feedback on board and edit my listing to make this more clear
