Vintage 70s silvertone ring for women with pink glass stone

Vintage ring in shiny silver metal. The stone is round, in pink glass, it is slightly domed.
On the sides it is finely worked. It is not adjustable.
It's not signed.

The ring is very elegant and stands out on the hand, because the pink stone is approximately 1 cm in diameter.
