How long do nail wraps last?

When applied correctly, they should last 5-10 days. Sometimes longer!

How do I prepare my nail?

Simply push back your cuticles, file nails to the desire shape & length, then wipe with alcohol prep pad and let them dry! It is optional to buff your nail prior to application to achieve better retention. (This would be done prior to wiping with alcohol pad)

How do I apply nail wraps?

1. Follow prep instructions 2. Choose the nail wrap that best matches your nail size 3. Tear or cut nail wrap from silver tap 4. Remove the clear plastic top layer, then peel nail wrap from paper backing 5. Stick the wrap on your nail. It can be lifted & moved if the placement is not precise 6. Press wrap down along your nail and fold over the tip 7. File excess off in downward motion 8. Apply a topcoat! I personally recommend Sally Hansen Miracle Gel shiny top coat :)

How do I remove nail wraps?

Soak your nails in warm water for about 5 minutes and gently peel from the cuticle line towards tip of nail. Nail polish remover or alcohol can be used to remove excess adhesive if needed

Prep:

1. Wash hands with soap and water. Dry thoroughly.

2. Push back cuticles and file nails to desired shape

3. Buff your nails with nail file (optional for better retention)

4. Wipe each nail with alcohol prep pad & let dry

5. When applying wraps, start with pinky and apply thumbs last.

6. Wrap should ONLY be applied on nail. Applying it over cuticle or skin will cause lifting.

Application:

1. Remove nail wraps from foil package

2. Choose the correct size wrap by holding the round portion up to your cuticle. Wrap should not overlap skin or cuticle (to prevent lifting)

3. Remove the clear plastic cover on top of the nail wrap, then peal off paper backing.

4. Stick the nail wrap on your nail, aligning with cuticle. It can be lifted and re-positioned if needed.

5. Press and smooth the nail into place.

6. Press wrap down over tip of nail, then file excess off in downward motion.

7. Apply a clear top coat. I personally like to use Sally Hansen Miracle Gel shiny top coat.

How to Remove:

Tips & Tricks:

- Use immediately after opening- nail strips will begin to dry out once exposed to air. Foil/plastic packets can be heat sealed with hair straightener or mini heat sealer to preserve the remaining wraps.

- Store at room temperature and handle with warm hands. Nail strips may become more pliable in heat and more rigid in cold. You can use a hair dryer to warm them up prior to application if needed.

- Some top coats are not compatible with nail wraps and may cause bubbling or lifting. I personally recommend Sally Hansen Miracle Gel shiny top coat.

- Avoid soaking your hands in water for several hours after application (bathing & dishes should wait but hand washing is ok). Applying the wraps before bed may be ideal to avoid coming in contact with water too soon.

I purchased this to ship to a friend in Brazil where such luxuries can be hard to afford. I cannot comment yet on their ease of use or how they look on until my friend tells me but they look pretty in the package, contain clear instructions etc. I will order again if they work well for her.
