These Basic Hexagon Trackers are simple trackers for any bullet journal, planner, or notebook system. The designs allow for the tracking of one habit or activity. The annual design contains 365 hexagons for a full year of tracking. The monthly page contains 31 hexagons for a full month of tracking. Blanks are included for a title and the date, so you can track anything and reuse them any month or year.

This download contains two sizes of the same designs. You will receive four total PDF files⁠: Letter (8.5 x 11 inch) format and A4 (8.27 x 11.69 inch) format.

Pages have 0.5-inch margins, allowing for hole-punching, stapling, or binding.

These files are black and white only. No color options are included. Browse my shop for color options.

The included PDF files are print-ready for your printer and ready to insert into your planner or notebook. The files are not templates or PDF forms and are not editable. The files are designed to be printed as-is and must be printed to use. The files can be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
