Peel and stick aka removable material adheres to smooth walls only. It is recommended to carry out tests to ensure that the surface is well prepared (e.g. that the paint or plaster is not old or cracked). It's also important that the wall is NOT covered with an anti-adhesion paint i.e. latex paint. Peel and stick works well in humid areas, it can be hung in bathrooms, but make sure it's not exposed to a direct source of water. You can clean it with a damp cloth.

I absolutely accept custom orders! I understand that sometimes you need something just that little bit extra special and I am more than happy to help you out. That applies to different sizes of wallpapers as well. Just drop me a message with the details of what you are looking for and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

In principle returns or cancellations are not accepted due to the custom nature of my products. All of my wallpapers are made to order for each customer. If you're hesitating whether you like the material or pattern, please order the sample to see if the item meets your expectations. Nonetheless please contact me if you have problems with your order.

Guaranteed Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) Good news for our customers in the US, Canada, UE and the UK! All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are 100% prepaid by us. The price you see at checkout is final, no hidden fees, no extra charges upon delivery. Rest of the World: Free shipping! However, any local customs duties or import taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient.

I'm doing my best to provide the best quality product, however in case of damaged or faulty goods it's important to contact me within 2 weeks of receiving the item. I'm not able to take under a consideration a complaint filed after this time. It is essential to read the instructions prior the installation. Follow the guide carefully. Wallpaper installed contrary to the provided instructions will not be eligible for any claims. If you notice something is wrong with your order, please send me a message with photos for reference. Please check the wallpaper carefully before starting the installation, as I will not consider complaints once product was used in any way. I am not able to take a responsibility, if the defective product is installed.

Despite every effort to provide accurate image of each wallpaper’s color, they still may vary slightly, due to different monitor screen settings, different print batch and other factors. That applies to samples, ordering wallpaper panels at different times, etc. Prints described as gold or silver are only the imitation of gold, they are not metallic prints. The metallic effect is exclusive to wallpapers in the METALLIC section. For further details, feel free to reach out to me.

Some of my designs are based on old paintings. While the images undergo processing and enhancement, I intentionally preserve certain "imperfections," such as brush marks, textures, etc. These elements contribute to the authenticity and character of the artwork. I believe in retaining the vintage atmosphere and soul of the original painting, and these subtle flaws are a part of that charm. If you are considering a specific wallpaper and would like to ensure it aligns with your vision, please don't hesitate to reach out. I would be more than happy to provide you with a detailed preview of the design.

If you are not sure which material to choose or you need more information - please write me a message, and I can send you my brochure! :) SELF-ADHESIVE NON-REMOVABLE MATERIALS There are 3 materials in my offer that are self-adhesive, but non removable: Canvas, Leather and Raw stone (concrete). They work on smooth surfaces. Please bear in mind that the glue is strong, remain cautious during installation. These materials are also the only ones that come with overlaps. Step by step guide is included to every order - you won't be left with this alone!

All of the wall murals are divided into rolls that match one to another. Seams are not visible once installed, because I don't do overlaps (unless you request it). Width of rolls depends on the total size of the wallpaper - if you wish to have any particular width of rolls, message me!

Wall murals are prepared for the exact size, without any extra. If you need some extra inches, let me know. 😊

✨ SAMPLES ✨
Mind that the colors you see on the computer screen might be slightly different than on the final print. This is completely normal. If you're hesitating about the design, consider ordering a sample first. Sample is available as one of the choices in a size drop-down list in this listing.

Samples are printed on A4 size (21 x 29,7 cm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches) or (depending on a design) a square relatively to A4 to fit in the envelope.
All of the panoramic designs (numbers: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 25, 26, 31, 33, 38, 39, 40) come with an extra third sheet, longer one to present more of the design. They are folded in the envelope!

✨ GREENGUARD Gold Certification ✨
My printing machine has the GREENGUARD Gold Certification that ensures the wallpapers are low in chemical emissions, decreasing indoor pollution levels. It gives the guarantee that what you purchase is environmentally friendly, complies with the most stringent safety standards and ensures the highest quality.
The GREENGUARD Gold Certification includes health-based criteria for additional chemicals and also requires lower total VOC emissions levels to help ensure that products are acceptable for use in environments like schools and healthcare facilities.
