Where can I print my digital art?

Depending on your budget, files can be printed at a wide range of venues. For vintage artworks in particular, I always recommend the higher-end services (see below) that provide excellent print quality, including gallery-style giclée printing, choice of fine art papers & good packaging. Whereas, low-cost services are great value for money and some even offer same day pick up from store, but quality can vary. Can I use a home printer?

I always recommend using a professional print service, as the colour outcome & print quality can vary significantly when using home printers. However, if you choose to use a home printer, try to use good quality paper (heavyweight matte paper or card stock) & high quality ink.

What type of paper should I use?

Premium Giclée papers with a slight watercolour or linen texture will result in the most authentic reproductions, particularly for vintage art. My particular favourites are Hahnemühle German Etching and Hahnemühle Photo Rag papers as they are of good weight and have a beautiful light texture to them. A heavyweight matte paper or card stock is a perfect budget friendly choice. FURTHER RECOMMENDATIONS INCLUDE: - Use the download button to download the individual images. Right clicking on the image itself and saving as a download will result in a low resolution image. - Always send the individual jpeg files to the printers and not just the link. - Print vintage illustrations & sketches in colour not black & white.

Can I get a custom size?

I happily provide 1 (ONE) free resize per single design listing. However, gallery sets, Frame TV art listings, and square dimension artworks are excluded from resizing. Please note, turn around time for receiving a custom size can take up to 48 hours. If you want a speedy custom size fit, please note that many of the files provided can be scaled to fit other commonly found frame sizes (see next question for further details).

For example: 1) The 24x36” file (2:3 ratio) can be used for printing the following sizes: Inch: 10x15 l 12x18 l 16x24 l 20x30 l 30x45 Cm: 10x15 l 20x30 l 30x45 2) The 9x12” or 18x24” files (3:4 ratio) can be used for printing the following sizes (choose nearest size): Inch: 12x16 l 30x40 Cm: 15x20 l 30x40 l 45x60 3) The 8x10” or 16x20” files (4:5 ratio) can be used for printing the following sizes (choose nearest size): Inch: 4x5 l 24x30 Cm: 20x25 l 24x30 4) The A2 can be used for printing the following sizes: Cm: 50x70 A5 l A4 l A3 paper sizes

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account". Go to "Purchases and reviews". Next to the order, select Download Files. If you don't see a download button, click the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order. This brings you to the Downloads page. If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey. Ideally, please save the files to your device immediately after purchase. When a design is discontinued, it may be deleted from my cloud storage within 6 months to make room for new designs.

I purchased a digital item, but I don’t have an Etsy account?

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If you paid through Apple Pay, please read next section below. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future. If you are still unable to access your downloads, please contact me via Etsy messaging.

If you paid via Apple Pay and cannot locate your order, or did not receive the emailed Etsy receipt, please read below: When signing into Etsy through the app, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email", which creates a unique, random email address to use with apps, websites, etc, to keep your personal email private. In turn, you will not receive the Etsy email receipt with the link to download your files. Instead, it was sent to the randomly created email address. If you cannot locate your order by logging into your Etsy account through a web browser (Etsy.com - not the app), please reach out to me through Etsy messaging. Etsy support could also help you locate your order.

I can’t find my download notification email / Etsy receipt.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future. See also ‘Apple Pay Issues’ below.

Downloading from DROPBOX

Because of the large file sizes and Etsy’s download limitations, the larger collections are stored on the cloud storage site Dropbox. After purchasing, download the PDF file from Etsy and click on the blue link. This will take you directly to your art files. You do not need a Dropbox account to access the images. Ignore all prompts to download app or sign-in to Dropbox, just scroll down to access the art or click ‘continue to website’. To download the high resolutions files, open the individual file you need and do a direct download by clicking the download button. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 right click and save the image shown on your screen. This only saves a low resolution preview image.
