For our shirts, we print on the Bella + Canvas 3001, a premium, medium-weight and incredibly soft unisex t-shirt in adult sizing. Bella + Canvas is a US apparel company devoted to eco-friendly practices including water and energy reduction and recycling of excess fabric. Additionally, they hold a Platinum W.R.A.P certification, demonstrating a commitment to safe and humane working conditions for all its employees.

• Solid colors are 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton
• Heather colors are 52% combed and ring-spun cotton, 48% polyester
• Athletic Heather is 90% combed and ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester
• Fabric weight: 4.2 oz/yd² (142 g/m²)

Some of the product images include rolled sleeves and/or a tied waist. This is for styling purposes only as your shirt will arrive neatly folded. Also, any props appearing in the product photos are not included with your purchase.

Our printing partner utilizes a modern inkjet technology called DTG (direct-to-garment) in which our design is printed into the fabric, not heat pressed vinyl or screen printing used by other t-shirt companies. The inks are water-based, bio-degradable, non-toxic and odorless. The result is a vibrant, durable t-shirt with a life expectancy of 50+ washes.

Color Variations:

We attempt to accurately depict t-shirt and design colors in our listing photos, but actual colors may vary from your screen display settings. Additionally, colors and/or brightness may appear differently under different lighting conditions (studio, indoor, outdoor, etc.). We do not offer returns or exchanges for these variations.

Care Recommendations:

• Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
• Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
• Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron directly on the design.
• Do not dry clean.

Size:

Please refer to the size chart photo included in every listing when selecting size. Using a t-shirt you already own, lay flat and measure straight across the front from armpit to armpit (NOT circumference) and compare with the size chart provided in the listing. We do NOT accept returns and exchanges resulting from ordering the incorrect size. Please note that the shirt you receive can vary in measurement up to 0.5” and is considered acceptable within the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Sizing Suggestions:

These are general suggestions and NOT a substitute for measuring as detailed in the sizing section above. Body types and preferences can vary significantly, and therefore, we do NOT guarantee fit. ALWAYS MEASURE and compare with the size chart for the best results.

As the Bella + Canvas 3001 is a unisex shirt, it is considered true-to-size for men and more relaxed than standard women’s fitted sizing, which is why it functions well for both.

For ladies: consider the same size for a relaxed, flexible, knotted fit or size down for a more fitted look. Unisex length also tends to run marginally longer than a standard women’s fitted cut.

For men: true-to-size or size up for a more relaxed fit.

Design Scale:

The listing photos depict how the design will appear on a size Large t-shirt or sweatshirt. The design is scaled down automatically by the printer for smaller sizes. For sizes above Large, the design dimensions are NOT increased.

Production Time:

As our products are made to order, please allow 2 – 7 business days for production prior to shipping. During major U.S. holidays this timeframe can potentially increase. By adopting this sustainable “on demand” business model, we help preserve our natural resources and reduce waste by limiting overproduction.

Shipping:

• Shipping time is typically 2 – 5 business days (in addition to production time) and can potentially increase around major U.S. holidays or due to inclement weather. WE ABSOLUTELY CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPMENT OR ARRIVAL DATES.
• Our printing partner utilizes several couriers including USPS and DHL.
• We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
• Please note we are NOT responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address or marked as delivered by the courier. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $35 and up (excluding tax). Simply make your selections from the wide range of t-shirts and sweatshirts in our shop, add them to your cart and free shipping will automatically be applied once the pre-tax subtotal reaches $35 or more.

Packaging:

All garments are professionally folded and carefully inserted into self-sealing poly mailers with UV protective coating inside. Large orders are packaged in a corrugated box. Unfortunately we are unable to gift wrap items or include personalized messages.

Returns / Exchanges:

All of our apparel is printed “on demand” to the exact size and color specifications of your order. For this reason, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. However, we will replace damaged or flawed items due to a manufacturing error (i.e. incorrect size or color than ordered). All issues must be reported to us via Etsy's messaging system within 7 calendar days of the courier's reported delivery date (per the tracking number). Please note we require photos of the damaged or incorrect item before a replacement is dispatched.
