How long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched within 1-6 weeks. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail second class signed for service. If you need your item sooner, you can upgrade to 1st class or special delivery at checkout (PLEASE NOTE: this will not speed up the processing time, just the delivery method)

Can processing time be increased as I need my item sooner?

If you need your items sooner, please contact me before purchasing and if I am able to accomodate this I will do. Please also add a note with your order of the date you need your items by so this can be picked up and I can amend the dispatch date for you.

I would like a custom order

Please do get in touch if you have an idea, we also have a custom sign and tag listed in our store that can be fully customised with your own wording.

Can I return my order?

Most listings are made to order and personalised and we do not accept returns on personalised items. If you do experience an issue with your order, please get in touch and we will look to resolve this for you.

All orders are dispatched within 1-6 weeks. If after receiving the dispatch notice and checking tracking your order has still not arrived after 5 working days please do get in touch and I will chase this with the courier and look to replace/refund if the item is lost in transit.
