Can you add a gift message or special packaging?

Because all of our items are made to order and ship directly from our printing partners, we cannot offer gift wrapping or gift messages.

I LOVE your design, but I'm looking for a different item? Can you make custom orders?

We LOVE creating custom orders. If you're looking for a specific product, color, size, etc. please reach out via Etsy messaging to request a custom order.

I have not received all of the items in my order?

Oftentimes, orders with multiple items - specifically different types of items (i.e. an order with a shirt, mug, and a tote) will ship separately. All tracking information will be provided to you. Please reach out if you do not receive tracking for any of your items and we will get that information over to you ASAP.

Tracking shows delivered, but I cannot find my item?

Oftentimes USPS will scan the item and mark it as delivered before they actually deliver. Sometimes it's an hour, and sometimes it can be up to 24 hours. Please wait at least 24 hours before reaching out to us to assist in resolving a lost package.

Why does processing take so long?

Our printing partners handle production and shipping for The Mode & Moxie, and they print on demand - so it takes a little extra time to process your order. In an effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we only create your item after you order it, allowing us to keep inventory down and not contribute to fast-fashion practices/increase waste. We will always reach out if production appears to be delayed - and of course, message us anytime with questions or concerns.

Can you change the shipping address after my order is placed?

Please make sure your Etsy address is the correct address before you complete checkout. Per Etsy, we are unable to change shipping addresses once you have placed your order (as a protective policy). If you need to change the shipping address, request an order cancellation within 1 hour of your order. We do our best to get your order to production ASAP, so your items get to you quickly, and therefore after one hour has passed we cannot process a cancellation.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
