My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your order has arrived damaged from transit, please send us a photo and we’ll arrange a redelivery or refund.

Where do you ship from?

Whilst we are a British company, we actually ship from our warehouse in Michigan.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Please let us know so we can look into this for you. If your order is only slightly delayed, we may ask you to wait a little longer, many packages still arrive within the following week. If the order has been lost, we can send a replacement or issue a full refund. You're also covered by Etsy's Seller Protection program if the carrier lost the package.

Do you offer personalized gift books?

Yes! We create beautiful personalized gift books that make lovely keepsakes for special occasions. You can customize them with names, messages, and more. My address is wrong on the order, what should I do?

Don't worry, just let us know as soon as you spot the mistake. If your order hasn't shipped yet and you contact us during our opening hours, we can update the address for you. Once shipped, we can't make changes, and because the address was entered at checkout, we're unable to refund or replace orders sent to the wrong address. We always recommend a quick double-check before ordering!

Do you offer priority shipping?

At the moment we aren't able to offer expedited shipping. Your order will arrive within the ETA provided by Etsy.
