Yes! We can absolutely customize silhouettes! We have over 600 different breeds on hand. If you would like to order, you can do so from any of our leash holder listings. Just be sure to note in the personalization box the specific breed you would like!

Can I customize the tag count of hearts vs circles for the birthday board listing?

Yes, as long as it is noted on the order, we can absolutely customize the tag count of hearts and circles for each package option!

While we can guarantee your item shipped within our quoted processing time, we cannot guarantee there will not be shipping delays once your item leaves our shop. Many shipping companies have expressed current conditions are resulting in extreme delays, especially for the holidays. If your order has not been delivered, returned to us, or found by a missing mail request within 30 days, we will consider it lost and issue a replacement at no cost to the buyer.

My order was returned to sender by the Post office, can you ship it back to me?

-If the address was entered incorrectly or incomplete, we will need to charge a re-shipping fee for a new label and tracking number to send it back out. -If the item was returned due to no fault of the purchaser (Post Office error), we will send it back at no cost to you.

These gorgeous wooden letters are laser cut from birch wood, and are a total of 3 layers. The base layer is stained with any of our wood stain color choices. The next layer is painted or stained your color of choice. The final layer is the 3D name (or word), which is also painted/stained your color of choice. Can be used for so many things, such as nursery decor, wedding decor, door hangers, wall decor, wedding or housewarming gift, tier tray decor, and much more!

Item Details:
- Your selected monogram letter is laser cut and crafted from 1/4" thick birch wood for each layer, for a total thickness of about 3/4". We have letters A-Z available!
- Letters come in different sizes to suit your needs, ranging from 8" to 16" (this measurement will be the height for most letters, except "W" which is wider than it is tall).
- No hanging hardware is included. These letters can easily be hung using double sided tape or command strips. The letters are not free-standing, so if using on a shelf or table they must be propped against something.
- The "W" in our main listing photo is English Chestnut for the base layer, White for the "W" and Black for "Williamson".

To Order:
- Choose your letter size from the drop-down menu.
- Choose the stain color you would like for the base layer. This is the very bottom layer of the letter.
- In the personalization section please enter:
