1. Please read the shop Announcement with the most up-to-date shipping info! 2. When purchasing, check the estimated shipping window - consider Priority Mail. USPS First Class Mail can take up to 10 business days to arrive, as it travels by ground. Priority Mail is shorter because it travels by air and can take up to 4 business days. 3. Remember that the shipping window starts after our processing time, typically 2-3 business days, and longer for custom work. 4. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays within the Etsy estimated window unless it is a USPS holiday, then we ship the next day. If you have a specific date, please message the shop. Global shipping times are around 15 -20 business days, depending on where you live.

Do not store cake wraps in the fridge! Store in the ziplock bag in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Icing sheets have a shelf life of 12 months if stored correctly. However, they perform best when used within three months of being printed.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If items arrive damaged, contact the shop immediately! Attach an image of the damage piece(s) with your message. If your package is damaged by in-transit we cannot be held responsible. We always recommend Priority Mail as it comes with package insurance.

𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗜𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿:

● Icing Sheets: Slightly sweet vanilla flavor, flexible, and ideal for smooth surfaces like buttercream, fondant, ganache, or candy melts. Prints are colorful and crisp.
● Wafer Paper: Stiff like cardstock, slightly transparent, and dissolves when wet. Perfect for standing toppers on cupcakes or cookies with fondant, ganache, or sugar icings. Prints are slightly less vibrant but still beautiful.

Store both types of sheets sealed, flat, and out of direct light. Icing sheets have a shelf life of 6 months when stored correctly but perform best when fresh off the printing press. Please do not refrigerate or freeze them.

Both options are egg-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and Kosher, making them suitable for various dietary needs.
