DAMAGES IN THE PROCESS OF DELIVERY
When your purchased item was damaged in the process of delivery, please follow this instruction to get a refund:

2. Take pictures of the whole package and the damages to the item and send them to me within two days after delivery.
3. Call the company which delivered your package to call the courier who will write the protocol of damages. Information about that which company was delivering your package and what is the tracking number you will find in your Etsy account (in your orders).
4. Inform me about the fact that the courier wrote a protocol of damages so I can make an official complaint.
5. Wait for the result of the complaint.

Delays may happen because of the Christmas rush or pandemic conditions. I cannot be responsible for delays that are not my fault (for ex. when customs control takes longer, the shipping company has a delay or you weren't at home when the courier was trying to deliver your package). Delays in shipping cannot be the reason for the refund, return, or bad review. I care a lot about customer service but I have no influence on the shipping time.
