How long is your processing time?

Current Processing times are 0-3 business days. During this time I am customizing each and every order before printing. Each order is packed with love, attention to detail, and is each a bit unique. You may receive sample tailored to your order, likes, or new designs. If you are in a rush to get your order, you can always "Skip the Line" by adding the 'Rush my Order' listing in my shop. This ensures your order gets bumped to the top of the list and will be out in the mail same/next day depending on when order is placed.

My order says 'Delivered' but its not here!?! HELP

Don't panic. This happens too often with USPS. If you did standard shipping at checkout (First Class Mail) then USPS gives an ESTIMATED delivery by date. Each label purchased from Etsy is automatically assigned a barcode which gets scanned each time it hits a new mail room. If you received notification it was delivered but it's not there yet, it just means USPS is running a little behind schedule. It should arrive in the next 1-3 days (this can be longer during the holiday season). Keep an eye out for a large white manilla envelope. If tracking is important to you, you can always upgrade to Priority Mail at checkout.

Do you do seasonal stickers?

Yes! Seasonal stickers will be released in the weeks leading up to a major holiday. It takes a lot of work making new designs and undergoing Quality Control to make sure they print just as vibrant as they appear on screen. For every 1 design there's 5 more that did not make the cut for one reason or another. Your patience is appreciated.

Do you do Custom Orders?

Absolutely! If you have something in mind but don't see it in my shop, there is a listing for a custom order. You can specify what fonts/phrases/emojis/icons/colors/theme of the sticker! I will make up to 3 different variations for you to pick from, and they will be sent as a digital mockup. Once you select the one you like, I go ahead and get to printing your very own unique, custom made stickers! Turnaround time is 1 week for this option, since a few variations are presented. There is a one time $25 design fee added to the cost of the stickers for the first order. Every repurchase after initial sticker order, is the same price as any other premium, full color sticker in my shop :)

Do you offer Glossy stickers?

Our stickers are an uncoated matte 2" round sticker with permanent adhesion. They stick to a variety of surfaces, and are able to be written on with a pen. They are not waterproof or oil proof. Due to the large increase in cost to produce glossy and the printing equipment required to seal a color label, we just offer the uncoated stickers at this time.
