🛒 How to Order
STEP 1: Pick color / customization. Options are:
* Single color. Entire case is same color, pick the color from the list.
* Two color. We can do the case in two colors, such as the buttons/lids being a different color from the main color of the case.
* Two color w/text. Same as above, but we can add text to the case, in the secondary color (see our website www.dunbar3d.tech for font options).
* Fully custom. We can do multiple colors, add text, add your logo, etc. sky is the limit but not everything is possible, ask us first if any questions.
NOTE: All cases for different configurations have various shapes and may not match the photos. If you add text or do multicolor, we may place text and colors in different areas where they will print the best, depending on the configuration you order. MULTICOLOR cases will sometimes have small defects in them where one color "bleeds" into another color; you may for example see some small dots of a darker color on a lighter color in certain areas, this is the nature of multicolor 3D printing. The Carbon Fiber plastics are not stronger (actually they can be more brittle) they just look really nice with a smooth finish that hides layer lines once printed.

STEP 2: Choose your battery/screen configuration. They are listed as BATTERY_SIZE/SCREEN[SIZE][TYPE] format. Here is the list:

• Pi3B_18650/NoScreen, Pi4B_18650/NoScreen: Pi 3B or 4B with 18650 batteries and no screen.
• NECKBRACE - ONLY NECKBRACE / OTG SUPPORT CASE. If you would like to add on an OTG Support Case / Neckbrace (commonly used with GPS module) order this seperately on top of your main case order. This MUST be selected in BOTH Color and Device type. Specify in the order notes which color you would like this to be.

Those are all the case variations we have available. If you haven't ordered your hardware yet, we recommend the PiSugar 3 with WaveShare 2.13" E-Paper screen as we feel this is the best case with the most customization possibilities. Please double-check you ordered the correct case for your hardware, as we do not accept refunds on made-to-order items.

STEP 3: In the order instructions box, let me know what colors you want if you ordered multicolor. You can find color options on our website, www.dunbar3d.tech, but we carry most standard colors. In this box you will also let me know if you are making a SLIMAGOTCHI (Slim Mod), if you do not specify I will send regular Pwnagotchi case. Please also note that by default our cases come with ventilation holes on the battery cover, and a keyring/lanyard tab on the side (as well as a free keyring), if you do not want the ventilation holes or this tab on the case let me know. Most people prefer to have them. If you don't specify anything you will get the defaults.

STEP 4: If the detailed assembly instructions are not followed, tabs on the front and back cover for some cases *can* break. This is due to the nature of the materials, as well as the detailed design to house your electronics. If you would like to save yourself the headache of having to wait for a replacement set, and having to pay extra shipping, you can add an extra set to your order. If you ordered the "fully custom" variant for the extra fee, we can do different things, see below:

★★★ CUSTOMIZATION POSSIBILITIES ★★★
1. Different colors for case, lids, and buttons, like a red case with green lids and pink buttons for an example watermelon theme.
2. Text added, for example, the name of your Pwnagotchi, you could do yellow case with black text for a bumblebee theme.
3. Logos/designs added (send files to us immediately after ordering via DropBox / Google Drive).
4. Negative space (cutouts) added, can be a design you send or text. For example, some people like to add custom ventilation holes with their name or initials.
5. The possibilities can be endless, if it seems complicated, send us a message before ordering to confirm we can do it.
NOTE: After ordering a multicolor or custom case, we may update the "ship by" date to a later date, depending on the difficulty and our material availability.

NOTE: Some cases will look better than others depending on the color you choose. All 3D-printed items will always have some "defects" in it somewhere, and some colors will hide it better than others. The more shiny and/or translucent a plastic is, the more visible little defects will be. Above all, this item is made to be functional, not pretty, though most come out looking pretty good we think!

PWNAGOTCHI REJECT:
We are now selling reject cases at an immense discount that may have blemishes or imperfections on them, but are structurally sound. If you order one of these, you will get random colors and may even have logos or text on them - but hey, you can help reduce waste by recycling! If we have any of these available, they will show as an order option.

See: Assembly guide above. It is a very detailed and possibly overwhelming guide, but it covers almost everything. :)

★★★ SLIMAGOTCHI NOTES ★★★
Because of the destructive assembly nature of the Slimagotchi mod by the end user (de-soldering, cutting pins, etc.), we cannot guarantee the slim cases will fit your build exactly. The case should fit with 90% certainty if you follow Slimigotchi instructions on YouTube and make the same exact measurements. We do not provide refunds if the case does not fit, but in the assembly guide we do offer tips on how to modify the case on your end. If you do not want to modify the case yourself, we can re-make a custom fit case for you, but do not provide any discounts.

★★★ PISUGAR 2/3 NOTES ★★★
Our PiSugar2 and PiSugar3 cases are custom designed by us to be universal, and the button slot and USB slot on the case will not be perfectly shaped for either, but will be usable. There are also extra very small LED light holes that also may be non-functional in the case depending on which PiSugar version you have. These are minor appearance issues and will not bother most people and will not affect the function. This will also allow you to upgrade from a PiSugar2 to a PiSugar3 in the future if you wish without needing a new case. The PiSugar 2/3 case will also fit the PiSugar "S".

The lid does not snap on (it must be glued on - easy to do).
