Yes — as long as your item hasn't been printed yet. Custom orders are usually printed within 1–2 days, so message us as soon as possible. Once your personalized item has been printed, the order is final (it was made just for you and can't be resold) Most personalized items are started within a few hours of ordering so they ship in a timely manner,

What if the name is spelled wrong?

Your keychain is printed exactly as the personalization was entered at checkout, so please double-check spelling, capitalization, and spacing before ordering. If we make a mistake, we'll reprint and reship free. If the personalization was entered incorrectly at checkout, we can't refund it — but message us and we'll offer a discounted reprint.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
