When I had a question about customizing, I heard back from Lili immediately. She was so easy to work with, and so sweet! The production was beyond quick. I am so impressed with the quality of the throw. It is soft, perfectly done, and looks just as the photos do. I will definitely be ordering more of these throws, as I got this one for a gift. Definitely a wonderful customized gift for anyone. Thank you Lili!!!
