Each door knocker comes individually packaged in a box wrapped in bubble wrap and presented in a velvet bag.

Yes, we do however this must be within 30 days of your delivery and the items are unused in all the original packaging. Your refund will be given upon inspection of your item.

This is our most common question, as many door styles have glass panels, our standoff packer is a solution to this. It is supplied with longer screws that go through the bee, then the packer to the door. This brings the bees wings over the panels to fit perfectly on your door. Please check all sizes before purchasing.

All our drawer pulls come with snap off screws, these are specially designed to be cut shorter using pliers or a saw to fit different depths of drawers.
