We understand that sometimes you might accidentally place an order which is why we will gladly cancel your order IF we receive your message before the package has shipped. Once we receive the package and if it's in the same condition as was sent, we'll fully refund your purchase.

Custom and personalized orders

We are always happy to consider special requests or custom orders. We have provided bridal party gifts to order, anniversary gifts, and all kinds of other special occasion gifts! If it's possible, we're glad to do it. No order is too small or too large!

We created this shop to allow us to offer a variety of crystals and minerals so that you can purchase unique one of a, kind items at reasonable prices. If we don't have it on hand, we may be able to find it through our contacts around the world. We want you to be THRILLED with what you buy here. We are environmentally responsible and try to recycle everything! Our packing peanuts are made from corn starch and dissolve in water (pretty fun), and we reuse the bubble wrap we receive when we buy supplies. This is a smoke-free environment, and everything we sell is displayed safely and NOT in some stuffy box hidden away from view.

We make and carry many unique and one-of-a-kind items made of materials from around the world. Some may come with imperfections because they're natural. Appearances of cracks and chips aren't due to damage (unless otherwise specified in the description or pictures); they're just another wonderful attribute created through the natural formation process.

It's important to choose the item that calls to you, which is why we take images/videos of the exact item you will receive; however, please note that differences in viewing devices mean that the item you receive may be slightly different in color from the picture. We do our best to make every description 100% accurate, and we'll never knowingly sell anything mislabeled (heat-treated citrine sold as all-natural). We also combine shipping on multiple orders and refund any shipping fees over $1 not used.
