I ordered two scrolls that were 12 x 24“. These scrolls cost me $85 after shipping. Without shipping they were over $70. Given the asking price I was expecting a very high-quality product printed on good quality paper and having real wood framing. What I received is simply shameful. These are cheap poster prints on glossy paper with magnetic hangers made of plastic. I could buy a product like this for five or $10 in Chinatown. The shipping was incredibly slow as it came all the way from Spain, but I was willing to wait for what I assumed would be a really good quality product as suggested by the price. What I received is really appalling.

Dear Simone, first of all I would like to tell you that I am very sorry that the prints have not met your expectations, I would like to tell you that the attached photo does not show any kind of shine on the paper. I would also like to tell you that hangers are not made of plastic, but rather teak wood, and tell you that everything you have received is reflected in the item's description. For the delay in shipping from Spain, we are not responsible, since the package was sent on the 10th and left the country on the 15th, so it seems that the origin of the delay is in the destination country.
