ABOUT WILLIAM MORRIS:
William Morris (1834-1896) helped to found The Art Nouveau Arts and Crafts Movement in Britain. A celebrated English designer, he created some of the most recognisable fabric and textile designs of the 19th century. His iconic Strawberry Thief design was made in 1883.
