Child size scissors (5 inches)
1 storage bag
Through this Montessori inspired activity, your child can increase their fine motor skills, strengthen hand muscles, gain bilateral coordination skills (two-handed coordination) and visual motor skills (eye-hand coordination).
The child pulls a length of yarn from the jar with their subdominant hand. Holding the scissors in their dominant hand, they snip a small piece of yarn and place it in the wooden bowl.
