Where is my order? Covid - 19

We currently only post once a week, so while your order label may state a dispatch day this is not always the day it is posted, this is just the day it is packaged ready to post or made. Please bare with us and Royal Mail at this very busy time, all orders are tracked to give you peace of mind. Please only contact us if it has been more than 10 WORKING days ( Monday- Friday ) after dispatch Your order takes 14 working days ( mon-fri) from your order date to dispatch

Custom and personalized orders

All orders are custom made to your requirements, if you can not find what you are looking for please contact me. *Proofs If you would like a proof of your item before it is made , these are charged at £3.99 and are NON refundable - this means even if you decide not to purchase the item the fee will not be refunded While every attempt is made to make your item to match a character or design , this is not guaranteed due to every item being handmade and unique. Screen Monitors vary so colours may look different when they arrive to what it show on screen.

All information is required when ordering, if you miss information off your item it will be made without it, i will NOT contact you for this so please read the item description prior to ordering so the correct information Errors I copy what you request word for word, this includes any grammar or spelling mistakes i will NOT contact you to check any details given.

Do i get a refund for a damaged item?

You will ONLY get a refund of the purchase price of your item providing you have contacted myself with a photo of the item and complete packaging within 12 hours of the delivery time. You will NOT be eligible for any refund of any postage & packaging or gift wrapping You are agreeing to this when you place your order

Orders are not deemed lost until 10 days after your estimated delivery date when ORDERING not your estimated date when marked as dispatched

My order has been marked as dispatched - but its not arrived

We unfortunately can not turn off dispatch notifications when we print your order. We print orders and postage labels at the same time, this is NOT the date it is dispatched - Please see your original delivery date when you placed your order.

Why do I not get a refund for my postage?

Unfortunately, as we unable to claim for orders via our service provider due to items being handmade and personalised we do not offer any postage refund under any circumstances

Why has my order been cancelled?

Unfortunatly sometimes orders are cancelled because I am Unable to fulfil your order in the expected delivery time, but I will also cancel orders for abusive behaviour or unreasonable demands
