The branded shoebox is the main packaging box for the shoes. Your shoes will be well protected, although dents and scratches to the box can be expected. These shoes will have a new material scent when first received. Once out of the box, and left to freshen in the air, this will disappear after a couple days.

DESIGN:
All of the designs are hand-crafted by me. Some graphic elements may be created using AI then fine tuned for a finished design or pattern. All mock-ups are created digitally, and lifestyle mockups were created with the help of AI. Production samples are used for images marked as actual product.

PRODUCTION:
I partner with a print provider to make my designs come to life on the selected items as they are purchased and ship it directly to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

While I do not handle every step of the process personally, I do sample items before they go into my shop to make sure you are getting top-notch quality. If something slips through the cracks—whether it’s a hiccup from my print partner or a shipping snafu—just give me a shout. I’ll make it right. If it is a printing error or the incorrect item was sent, please include a photo of the item received with your message.

SHIPPING NOTICE:
Please provide a valid street address—PO Boxes are not accepted. Our print partner ships via private carriers that require physical delivery locations.

• Print Partner is located in China with sole discretion of the carrier used for shipping.
• We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. military bases, or offer expedited shipping at this time.
• Adding your phone number to the shipping information or order notes will help the local courier if questions come up.
