For framed posters, the listed sizes are the total dimensions of the finished product. The print itself will be slightly smaller. For unframed posters, the listed sizes are true to the selected size. Do orders come with tracking information?

Yes, all orders come with a tracking number, which you will receive when the order is completed. You will also receive an email from Etsy with the tracking information. For orders with multiple larger-sized products, they may be shipped in separate boxes rather than one package. It is possible for the boxes to arrive within an interval of a few days. Each box has a separate tracking number, which will be visible in the order details once your order ships.

What is your cancellation and return policy?

We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. After the 24 hour period, it is highly likely that the production has already started and cancellation is no longer possible. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs or associated fees. If the item is not damaged and the customer simply changes their mind about the purchase, we do not provide refunds for returned items in this case. Make sure you're certain about your purchase before completing your order.

Custom and personalized orders

After you've placed an order with us, you will receive previews of your custom designs within 24-48 hours. Please note that if we do not receive approval within 3 days, we will proceed with production, regardless of whether the design is approved or not. Once a design is approved, refunds or returns will not be accepted, and we cannot be held responsible for any errors in the design. Due to the custom nature of the product, we do not accept returns on personalized orders.

First effort at shipping led to a lost package. Some bag handler in Europe got a nice present, I guess. --- Buddy immediately re-made the product, packaged it carefully and got it right out. Fed Ex beat up one of the boxes, but Buddy had packaged them so carefully that all arrived in perfect condition. I am THRILLED at the quality of these and the impact they will make on a previously empty long hallway. I cannot recommend Buddy highly enough!
