What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can assist you.

My order shows “Delivered” but I can’t find it — what should I do?

If your order is marked as Delivered but you don’t see it, please check around your delivery location (mailbox, porch, side door, neighbors). If it’s still missing, contact your local carrier with the tracking number — they can provide delivery confirmation, coordinates, or a delivery photo. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address before placing your order. I’m not able to replace or refund orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.

What if I forget to add personalization details?

If personalization information is missing, I’ll contact you. If I don’t hear back within a reasonable time, the item will be made and shipped without personalization to avoid delays.

Made the cutest card! I used the png image and reduced slightly to fit into a mat, and added a border for easy cutting. It printed up beautifully on HP matte professional paper. Print quality was excellent! I was very happy that the png file was included and the entire card was sized to A2. I wish more shops did it this way. From one Rose to another, Thank you!!
