All of our items are individually made and each one is personal and different to the last so please be aware that flowers may vary dependant on stock. Some items may also be substituted if stock is unavailable, while we endeavour to ensure this does not happen occasionally these situations do arise. We will always substitute for the same value or more and ensure products are still relatable to the original product!

All of our products are handmade and made-to-order at time of purchase, so our production time is variable dependant on orders in production! Please check lead times that are displayed with Etsy at time of purchase as these will always be updated and current and will include estimated delivery dates. If you are in need of a specific date before the estimated date, please message before purchasing so that we can ensure we can complete within the time frame requested.

While we try our best to ensure all items arrive within the time frame displayed please note delays can occur during transit and these are outside of our control, however we will always work with you to help locate gifts that have been delayed or gone astray.


Do provide all personalisation details needed for the design purchased, and please make sure all spellings and dates are correct. We will not be held accountable for errors received.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION:

As each item is customised by request returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final, however if you have an issue with your order please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellations are accepted within two days of purchase for a full refund.
