The Wiccan Wheel, also known as the Wheel of the Year, is a symbol used in Wiccan tradition to represent seasonal cycles and sacred festivals. It is composed of eight sections, called Sabbats, which correspond to the solstices, equinoxes, and the points in between. The Sabbats mark important times of the year when Wiccans celebrate and honor nature, the deities, and the cycles of life.

Here is a brief description of the eight Sabbaths in the order they occur in the wheel of the year:

The Wiccan Wheel, also known as the Wheel of the Year, is a symbol used in Wiccan tradition to represent seasonal cycles and sacred festivals. It is composed of eight sections, called Sabbats, which correspond to the solstices, equinoxes, and the points in between. The Sabbats mark important times of the year when Wiccans celebrate and honor nature, the deities, and the cycles of life.

Here is a brief description of the eight Sabbaths in the order they occur in the wheel of the year:

- Samhain: It marks the end of the year and the beginning of the new cycle. It is a time to honor ancestors and spirits of the other world.

- Yule: This is the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year. We celebrate the renewal of light and the gradual return of longer days.

- Imbolc: It celebrates the end of winter and the beginning of spring. It is a time of purification and preparation for the growth to come.

- Ostara: This is the spring equinox, when the length of the day is equal to that of the night. We celebrate renewal, fertility and the rebirth of nature.

- Beltane: This is the culmination of spring, when nature is at its peak. Fertility, love, and passion are celebrated.

- Litha: This is the summer solstice, the longest day of the year. We celebrate the strength of the sun, growth and abundance.

- Lughnasadh: This is the harvest festival, where we give thanks for the harvests and the fruits of the work accomplished.

- Mabon: This is the autumn equinox, when the length of the day is once again equal to that of the night. We celebrate balance, gratitude, and preparation for autumn and winter.
