To place an order:

Check all photos from the listing.
Choose your shirt size and color.
Click "Add to cart." For multiple items, go back to the listing and repeat the steps. Each shirt is sold separately.
Click "Proceed to checkout." You're all set!
Your shirts will be ready to ship within 1-3 business days.

Design and Printing:

We use DTG (Direct To Garment) Printing which ensures the highest quality of details, color, and durability.

Shirt and design colors:

We work with different shirt brands based on color/size availability, and use high-quality, super-soft, comfortable shirts.
Available shirt colors can be seen in the charts in the listing photos.
Actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online due to monitor differences.

If there is no personalization option for the design color, the design color will be chosen for you depending on the shirt color you chose.
For example, black text/design will be printed on light color shirts and white text/design will be printed on dark color shirts.
Please size down for a more fitted feel, and size up for a looser feel.

Care instructions:

Wash inside out in cold water.
Do not use bleach.
Tumble dry low.
Iron on low heat with shirt inside-out.
Do not iron directly on the design.

Production and shipping:

Processing time is 1-3 days.
After processing time, first-class shipping takes 2-5 business days, priority shipping takes 2-3 business days, and express shipping takes 1-2 business days.
If you need an item for a specific date, we recommend upgrading shipping.
Shipping will automatically combine when ordering multiples.
Once we drop off your package at the USPS facility, we have no control over the package.
Therefore, we will NOT be responsible for items delayed by USPS and will not issue refunds for items not received by a certain date.
During holiday seasons, carriers are extra busy, so please give some extra time for your package to get delivered.

Returns and cancellations:

We accept returns and or exchanges under Etsy's purchase protection program within a 30 day window.
We carefully process each order, however we will refund or replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part.
