Review concept examples: Depending on the level of detail required for your vision I will create an initial proof image based on your input.

If there's a lot of detail, I will produce one iteration and you will let me know what you love and what you don't love. You'll be able to review these iterations and provide feedback, ensuring the final artwork aligns with your vision.

Once you're satisfied with the concept, you will receive a finished, high-quality digital image with personal printing rights granted to you.

If you would like to establish if your idea is something I can do for you, please send me a message via Etsy to confirm.

Timeline Expectations: Once you have purchased, I'll establish contact within 24 hours and provide you with a collaboration link to communicate via a private online workspace. You can expect the first iteration of your concept within 48 hours. If additional iterations are required these will take 1-3 days per iteration until we reach a maximum of 2 additional iterations or you're happy with the result. Please note that each concept is capped at 2 iterations.

File Formats & Delivery: The final high-resolution artwork will be provided in either JPEG or PNG format. You'll receive a link to access the artwork stored on cloud storage, making it easy for you to download and use as you wish. If you have a preference for file format, please let me know.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be made before the iterations have begun. Once we discuss your concept and its brief, I'll determine if I can achieve the desired outcome. If I feel that I cannot achieve your vision, a refund will be issued at that stage.

Collaboration Boundaries & Guidelines:

Offensive or inappropriate content: I will not work on projects that promote hate speech, discrimination, violence, or any form of harm towards others. Art should be inclusive and respectful to all.

Explicit adult content: To maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all audiences, I won't collaborate on projects involving explicit adult content. I can however create tasteful nude art. Please do not send nude photos of yourself.

Copyright infringement or plagiarism: I am committed to creating original and unique artworks. I won't work on projects that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others or involve plagiarised content.

Political or religious propaganda: To ensure that our collaboration remains neutral and accessible to all, I won't work on projects that promote a specific political or religious agenda.

Misleading or deceptive content: Art should be genuine and honest, so I won't collaborate on projects that involve misleading or deceptive information.

Terms and conditions:

Revision and Iteration Policy:

This custom artwork service includes the subject of your concept provided with a range of artistic styles for you to choose from. This variety allows you to explore various artistic directions and ensures the final piece aligns with your vision.

Once you select an artistic style, I will provide up to 2 additional revisions to refine and perfect the chosen concept. This totals a maximum of 2 iterations throughout the entire process. Additional iterations can be purchased.

This approach is designed to balance creativity and satisfaction while setting clear expectations from the beginning. I am committed to delivering a unique, personalised piece of art that you will love and cherish.

It is your responsibility to provide as much detail as possible and provide me with a brief that helps me understand what is important to you in the artwork we create.

Copyright and Usage Rights Policy:

This custom artwork is primarily intended for personal use. However, I understand that there might be instances where you would like to use the artwork for commercial purposes. In such cases, I offer the following guidelines:

Personal Use: By default, the copyright of the final artwork remains with the artist. However, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal purposes, such as displaying it in your home or giving it as a gift.

Commercial Use: If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, such as promoting a product or service, a separate commercial license agreement will be required. This agreement will outline the terms and conditions for the commercial use of the artwork, including any fees and usage restrictions.
To negotiate a commercial license agreement, please contact me directly so we can discuss your specific needs and requirements. This policy ensures that the artist's rights are protected while providing you with the flexibility to use the artwork in a manner that suits your goals.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy:

The cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and reasonable for both parties. It is structured as follows:

Full Refund: If you decide to cancel your order before any work has begun, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: If you choose to cancel the order after the initial concept development or during the revision process, a partial refund may be offered based on the amount of work completed up until the point of cancellation. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness. A partial refund is not applicable when the service is is purchased at a promotional discount.

No Refund: Once the final artwork has been approved and delivered, refunds are not applicable, as the work has been completed based on the terms provided here.

This policy aims to provide clear guidelines for cancellations and refunds while maintaining a fair balance between the client's needs and the artist's effort invested in the project.
