I have recently been experiencing hot flashes again. Its been a hot and stressful summer. One spritz of Flora Field "Flash Relief" and the hot flash is broken and I feel like I've been transported to a cool meadow with the scent of many flowers. I love it!

I just received the hot flash cooling spray so I need to use it more to see if it helps. The one time I’ve used it, I sprayed it as directed, and it took the edge off of my flash. The sprayer works well and the product smells nice and earthy. I will continue to use.

I love this product! I have been buying this spritzer for many years now and always have a bottle on hand. I do not get hot flashes anymore but have found many other uses for it! It can be used if you've just had a work out, or been out in the hot day. A few squirts is so cooling!! I also use it to just freshen myself up. If I've been busy all day and going out I'll give a few squirts before leaving the house - the aroma is great and just wakes me up a bit. During Covid and even now I will spray my face before and after going out - since it has anti-viral essential oils - just another layer of protection against viruses. Lori is friendly and knows her stuff - she uses high quality oils & the shipping came very quickly. I bet you can find other uses as well so don't limit it's use to just hot flashes!!
