A drawing inspired by one of the most iconic poems from The Lord of the Rings, "The Road Goes Ever On", the walking song, sung first by Bilbo and later by Frodo as they leave the Shire.
The illustration captures the stylised landscape of Middle-earth as if a map, viewed from Bag End towards the Lonely Mountain, with many places known from the Hobbit or the Lord of the Rings.
