Return the item in original condition, and we will refund the full price on receiving it back (excluding earrings, custom orders and rings in accordance with the information below). We cannot accept responsibility for repaying postage and handling charges.

What if I entered my address incorrectly

We ship your package to the address you enter on Etsy. So please make sure it is entered correctly. If you address is incorrect please contact us immediately after your order is placed and we will do our best to send it to your corrected address. Once your item is packaged/shipped the address cannot be changed.
