Description

This set has 6 beads made from American glass. Black glass wound into spacer beads. So useful! You won't be receiving the exact beads pictured, but they will be as similar as I can make them.

These beads average 7-8mmx11-12mm. They were wound on 5\/64" mandrels. My beads are made one by one in my Saskatoon studio by me. They are kiln annealed, cleaned, and ready for your designs.

Please keep in mind that I live in Canada! Delivery can sometimes take as long as 2 or 3 weeks. I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have left my hands.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
Payment is expected within one week (seven days) unless prior arriangements have been made.

Paypal is generally the most convenient form of payment. I can no longer accept cheques or money orders that aren't in Canadian funds, as my bank recently introduced a service fee that makes these impossible.

I tend to add stuff every day (or I try to, anyway) so if you see stuff that you like but you want to combine shipping, I don't mind if you buy it and not pay for it immediately. After you're done (or a week or so has gone by) I'll send a Paypal invoice for the total amount.

Returns & exchanges

Please be aware that the colors on your monitor may be different from the colors on my monitor.
No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
No refunds on shipping costs.
No refunds on clearance items.
Refunds, exchanges, and restocking fees are considered on a case by case basis within a 7 day window.

Shipping policies

I try to ship within 24 hours of payment, but I will occasionally take 48. And I might or might not ship on the weekend, depending. Insurance is at the discretion and expense of the buyer.

Please keep in mind that I'm in Canada! Shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks, and (rarely) as long as 6 weeks!

To Canada:
The shipping I have listed is for an oversized letter. If you want insurance it will have to be sent in a flat rate XPress Post envelope. (This is the only way to get insurance on packages that aren't big enough to be parcels.)

To the United States:
The shipping I have listed is for Light Packet, which goes by air. If you want insurance it can go by Small Packet surface or air-please contact me for current rates. Surface small packet typically takes around 2 weeks, but can take up to 6. Small Packet includes $100 of insurance.

Internationally:
The shipping I have listed is for Light Packet, which goes by air. If you want insurance it can go by Small Packet surface or air-please contact me for the current rate. (I definitely suggest air for international shipping, surface can take six weeks or more.) Small Packet includes $100 of insurance.

**A Note About Insurance**
I actually don't recommend insurance from Canada Post. The one time that I had to make a claim, they had me wait for six weeks before being able to file anything and even then it didn't sound like they would definitely side in my favour. I've been selling beads online for nearly five years now, and I've only had three packages go missing in all that time.

**A note about customs and duty fees**
Import duties, taxes, fees, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. I will not put "gift" or a lower amount of value on customs forms. Doing that is against Canadian and international laws.
