Yes! I ship worldwide. All shipping includes tracking & and insurance. Keep in mind international shipping can be a bit slow so inquire about expedited shipping if you want your order quicker as shipping speed is out of my control.

How do I care for my hand-painted eye jewelry?

Due to these being sentimental pieces, always handle your jewelry with care. While I have an extensive process to make these as durable as possible, it is best to limit excessive water exposure and remove jewelry before sleeping and strenuous activities just as a precaution to keep your sentimental piece pristine. Store jewelry in a jewelry box or bag when not in use. Remove any residue or tarnish on sterling silver jewelry with a silver polishing cloth. For all gold plated items, avoid spraying perfumes/oils near them, water, and store them in a bag or box while not in use. Wipe gold items down with a microfiber regularly & use mild soap to clean when needed. Do not use polishing cloth or friction on gold plated pieces.

How often do you restock hand-painted eye jewelry?

I restock my hand-painted eye jewelry on Thursdays, at 1 PM Hawai’i Standard Time. I sometimes cancel them so stay it's best to stay updated through my instagram, LizlaluneArt!

How do I order? (painted eye jewelry)

Once you purchase the listing at one of my restocks, you just send me a photo of your eye and I will turn it into the jewelry you purchased. I have a more detailed how to order under my ‘shop announcement’ on Etsy & as a highlight on my Instagram, @/lizlaluneart

Can I order custom eye jewelry if I only have blurry/old photos of the eye?

Yes, I am willing to work from any photo you have as long as there is an agreement that the piece may not have as close in likeness to the eye as my other work since I have no way of knowing what the eye truly looks like. Even though it may not have as much likeness to the eye, I will still use the same quality of realism as my other pieces by doing guesswork on the texture & details.

How long will it take to receive my order? (hand-painted eye jewelry only)

My processing time before shipment is 5 weeks. This is the amount of time it takes me to prepare your order before shipment not the amount of time it takes to arrive to you. I spend hours painting each one with as much detail as possible and use an extensive process to craft each piece with care so it is unfortunately impossible for me to ship them as fast as a ready-made product. I also process many custom orders at once so I genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding of the time it takes for me to create these for you in advance.

Sterling Silver: -Tarnishing on sterling silver is normal and removable. Remove tarnish with a silver polishing cloth (I recommend the disposable Connoisseurs jewelry wipes!) -Scratches on sterling silver are inevitable and not reflective of quality. They can be *somewhat* prevented by avoiding friction with other jewelry or by removing jewelry before strenuous activities. You may notice scratches more at first but they tend to even out over time as more develop. 18K gold plated jewelry: -Avoid contact with water, cosmetics, and let perfume/lotion dry before putting on jewelry. Avoid friction to the piece especially with other jewelry. Store in soft pouch or plastic bag when not in use.

However, the way the text looks may vary slightly in size/placement, as certain letters have different heights. I adjust the size of the text in a way that I feel fits best so that it isn’t cut off and can be centered more easily. The more text there is, the smaller the text will be.
