Shipping Carrier/Packing - Shipments are made within 1 to 3 days from date of the order with the exception of Acts of God, holidays, illness, and lack of or problems with internet or electrical service. If possible, MoonbeamsnBlossoms will try to notify you of any such problems.

Tracking Information - Etsy provides Tracking Information with each order and it is the responsibility of the Buyer to follow the progress of his/her shipment. If an item is not received within a day of the expected delivery date, Buyer is responsible for contacting his or her local USPS office to locate its whereabouts.

MoonbeamsnBlossoms ships via USPS with Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Package Service) or Priority Mail. Each item is packaged with the greatest of care and in accordance with USPS guidelines.

Lost, Missing, Stolen, Damaged or Later-Than-Expected Deliveries – Buyer should contact his or her local Post Office as soon as possible. MoonbeamsnBlossoms nor its owner is liable for any lost, missing, stolen, damaged or later-than-expected deliveries.

Damages – Buyer should contact MoonbeamsnBlossoms within a day of receiving the damaged item and notify or file a Claim with USPS.

It is very important that Buyer retain the original shipping box, the purchased item (including any broken pieces) and all packing materials therein until the claim has been fully settled since these items may have to be brought to the Buyer's local USPS office for inspection.

Buyer is responsible for taking several medium-size photos showing the damage to the item, the box and all of the packing materials for submission to USPS. Copies of these photos must also be provided to MoonbeamsnBlossoms along with some of Buyer's personal information such as personal telephone number.
