Custom and personalized orders

Please contact me for a quote on custom orders. In most cases it won't cost any more than a regular order. After you placed your order, your product is printed by our fulfillment partner Printful (Los Angeles, California, USA) and sent to you. Therefore we recommend you to note the sizing charts for each product, as in most cases we would not be able to offer refunds or exchanges due to wrong sizes ordered.

Your items are custom made to order after you place your order. Please allow 7-8 business days for production, quality control and packaging. Then allow a few more business days for shipping directly from my awesome print shop. Once your order has been placed it cannot be changed. I *may* be able to expedite shipping on some orders, but you need to contact me first so that I can make sure expedited shipping is possible. It is not possible in all circumstances. Please contact me before you place an order if you have a deadline

Please note the sizing tables within the description of each product before you order it. In most cases, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, if you ordered a wrong size, as your garment is printed for every individual order. Please contact us BEFORE you sent back any product, if you received a wrong size and let us find a solution together.

Please refer to the tag on your shirt regarding care instructions. In terms of protecting the graphics on your garments, I recommend washing them inside out and tumble dry with low or no heat. Heat is the worst enemy!

Wholesale availability

Please contact me for a wholesale quote. Larger quantity orders are absolutely available and welcomed! Have a team or a group that wants matchy match shirts? I can totally do that and depending on the size of the order discounts might be possible. If it's cheaper for me, it's cheaper for you!

I can absolutely have any design of mine printed on any of the shirts or tote bags. If you want the design from a short sleeved shirt printed on a sweatshirt, I can totally make that happen.

Christmas Order Cutoff

For the Continental US, the order cutoff to have your items by Christmas is December 12th. The earlier you place your order, the better! Each item is printed to order and we are in the peak printing season.
