Embroidered patches crafted from durable polyester thread and felt create a textured and visually appealing design. These patches are notably thick, offering a substantial and high-quality feel. They are convenient to apply as they feature an iron-on backing, allowing for easy attachment to fabrics.

While iron-on patches are quick and straightforward to apply, sewing or other methods of attachment generally offer greater durability. Sewing patches creates a stronger bond, ensuring they withstand frequent use, washing, and exposure to various conditions. Other methods like fabric glue or adhesive backing can also provide sturdier and longer-lasting results compared to iron-on patches. The physical connection formed through sewing or alternative methods ensures the patches remain securely affixed, making them an excellent choice for long-lasting and rugged applications.
