Please check individual listings in regards to sizing. All listings have the sizing in their description as well as in the measurement section of the ad and for most - in the pictures. If you are unsure of a sizing feel free to send my shop a message and I will be glad to answer with specifics.

Care instructions for stickers and decals

Please read the description for the material of your sticker or decal as care instructions differ. Basic care for the materials I use: 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘆𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀: - Gently hand-wash only and do NOT soak. - Do NOT microwave. - Do NOT put in dishwasher. - Will NOT stick to rough, silicone or unpainted surfaces. 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀: - Cannot get wet, must be adhered to a surface that stays dry. - Desired surface cannot be rough, they will not stick. 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘆𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗹𝘀: - Gently hand-wash object with decal applied and do NOT soak. - Do NOT microwave. - Do NOT place on surface with food (vinyl is not food-safe). - Will NOT stick to rough, silicone or unpainted surfaces.

- All items are shipped through Canada Post as my default shipping courier. - In the event Canada Post strikes, there are no current alternative options for couriers that I can use because of the tarrifs, brokerage fees and other unrealistic costs. If you chose to order, the shipping date will be pushed out beyond my normal time/marked as complete. When Canada Post resumes they will be sent and tracking will be added (if applicable), delays will also occur so please be mindful. - During high volume seasons, (especially Christmas), shipping may take longer than usual or longer than what your estimated arrival time shown is, please be mindful when purchasing at these times. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed at any point.

In the event you need to cancel your order, please reach out to me ASAP. I only have 1 hour after purchasing a shipping label to be able to cancel it as per Etsy's rules, otherwise I have to appeal the shipping label, wait up to 2 weeks for a decision and it may come as a loss of income if they decline.

My order didn't arrive?

Estimate timeframes of arrival: ➜ Canada: Oversized letter mail with no tracking, 2-14 business days. ➜ USA: Tracked Packet - USA with tracking, 3-21 business days. ➜ International: Small Packet - International Air with no tracking, 7-36 business days. ➜ 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐮𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 for Canada: 2-8 business days and International: 7-24 business days. - If your order has not arrived within the estimated times above and you have tracking, I will check for updates and see what is causing the delay. If you didn't buy tracking, I cannot track your order. Please check news in your area for backlogs, outages, fires, weather alerts or strikes, these are the most common reasons for delays.

My item arrived damaged

If your item arrived damaged, please send the shop a message within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will need to take pictures of the following with your message: - Photos of damage on item - back and front - Photo of packaging - back and front - Photo of anything inside the package (freebies, notes etc). In the event that your item arrived damaged, the above terms were met for proof and the shop was satisfied that it was not done deliberately, your item will be resent the same way it was purchased (with exact shipping) to the same address in which it was purchased for.

If your order is returned to me because of not being picked up from your post office or courier, you will be refunded minus the reshipment charge for them to send it back to me when I get it back. Forced returns (returning an item without contact or knowledge) are against Etsy's policies and will not be refunded.

How long does it take you to make a set of stickers?

From beginning to end, each set takes anywhere from 3 hours to days to finalize. This includes editing imagery in multiple programs, uploading, creating the white borders, setting files up to cut, flattening the edges after cutting, taking pictures in the style shown throughout my store, taking a video of the product, editing the listing photos through multiple software to match the actual colouring in real life, editing the video, adding the quantity overlays to pictures, creating the listing - not only on Etsy but on other platforms and then uploading the final product which is the end result you see. It's a tedious process from the beginning to the end.

Custom and personalised orders

I can customize the material used for stickers I offer, if you want vinyl instead of paper, or glossy instead of matte, or if you want to add a holographic overlay - I can do that. These options have additional charges.
