Commercial Use License for Digital Paper, Clip Art, and Overlays

All digital paper, clip art, and overlays may be used for personal or commercial use. You do not have to buy a license in order to use these files in your designs. Giving me credit would be greatly appreciated but is not required. Anyone that uses these files commercially in digital products (such as instant downloads) must be sold in flattened and finished designs. You may not re-sell or share my art or designs as-is or manipulate to make other design resources (such as recoloring artwork and selling it). If you are unsure if it is OK to use my designs in your product, please feel free to message me ☺️ Please do not share, copy, or resell my designs. I retain copyright to all designs in my shop and rights do not transfer with purchase.

What software do I need to use your products?

JPEG and PNG files can be used with any free, paid, or online graphics software on your computer or mobile device such as Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, and even MS Word. If a product is program specific, such as a brush set for Procreate or a mockup template for Photoshop, the listing photo and description will say that it has to be used in that program.

How do I download my files after purchase?

**If you are on a mobile device, after purchase you will need to open a web browser and sign into your Etsy account.** Now, whether you are using a desktop computer or a mobile device the remaining steps are the same: In the top right corner, click the dropdown next to "You" and click on "Purchases and Reviews". A new page will load and you will see your most recent order on the top. Why can't I unzip my files?

Typically the reason why customers can't unzip their files is that they are using a mobile device. If you are using a mobile device, make sure that you have a separate unzipping app such as iZip. If you are on a desktop and don't already have software to unzip these files then you can download 7-Zip (a free program that lets you unzip files) at http://7-zip.org. After installing the software, just double-click on .zip file and select "extract". If you have another issue unzipping your files please reach out to me and I can get the files to you another way :)

Why do I receive a link to download my files?

If you are purchasing something that is too large to upload to Etsy then I have included a link to download through Dropbox. You do not need an account to download through Dropbox. It may have a pop-up trying to get you to subscribe but you can skip that and continue with downloading your files. If you would prefer downloading your files through Google Drive you can contact me with the email you would like added to the Google Drive :)

Can I use your digital paper for sublimation?

Yes! If you are a designer and would like to include elements of my designs then you are more than welcome to. If you are wanting to make the entire design just my digital paper then you need to make changes to it - add text, other elements, or change colors. Give it your own spin. That way you aren't reselling my design as is. If you are selling physical sublimation items then you can sell those items without making any changes to the designs.

I have included a video tutorial in the files as well to help you know how to use it. If you have any questions or have any issues with the file please let me know!
