3. Why do the display box accessories not match the installation holes?
Make sure to install the connectors in the correct inner and outer direction as specified in the instructions.

4. Why isn’t the display box pre-assembled when it arrives?
Considering the fragility of high-definition transparent organic sheets, pre-assembly could result in damage during shipment. Please follow the installation tutorial video to assemble your display box upon arrival.
