How do I receive and download my files?

Go to Purchases and Reviews, next to order select Download Files. You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy App at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile phone browser or computer.

How do I know what I can change on my template?

Most text is editable on templates including the font style, size and color with a free Canva account. Unless otherwise noted in the listing description, all text will be editable but graphic elements will not be. You can easily add additional text boxes, photos or canva design elements to your invitation/item.

Can you personalize for me?

Yes I would love to! I offer custom personalization for a small, additional fee for my time. I can make any font or color change requests to the design as well. See listing to add this service on under the "Add Personalization" section of my shop.

Can I send my invite digitally via text/email/evite/punchbowl etc?

Yes you can easily download a high quality JPG file of your invitation in Canva. You can then use the .jpg file to send via text, email or upload to Evite or Punchbowl. How to download? Just click on the 'Share' button when you're done personalizing your template and choose JPG.

How do I print my invitation?
